I really loved this hotel. It was amazing that even though it's in the center of all the convenient things, beach, restaurants, cafes, stores, that my room was extremely quiet.. I couldn't hear the noise from outside.. my bed was huge and so comfortable. Hot water, fans and A/C.. the staff is very nice and helpful, the rooftop is AMAZING ‼ Beautiful pool, places to sit and work as I did on my laptop but then wonderful lounge areas to relax and take in the breathtaking view from that rooftop.. My internet in my room was perfection, always had great internet and the shower pressure is nice and strong and you can adjust it according to your pressure preference.. I look forward to returning to this hotel next time I'm in Playa.. Thanks to everyone there that made my stay so special!
Muy bonita estancia en este hotel, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño para una familia de 4, la atención es muy buena y la cercanía a la Quinta avenida está excelente. As a 30- and 33-year-old with quite a bit of travel experience, this hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. The rooms are huge, our room was ready early, the location is excellent, the service was top-notch and the rooftop and pool area are perfect for hanging out. This hotel is a great value, we highly recommend it.
Hotel correcto precio-calidad, si consiguen una oferta. La ubicación es perfecta. Es un hotel sencillo, la parte de la pileta es muy bonita. Los cuartos son iguales a los de las fotos. El personal es increíblemente amable y el servicio de desayuno se brinda en un excelente restaurante a 1 cuadra. Lo malo o menos positivo es que los aires acondicionados no tiran frío, el baño queda muy encerrado y se siente muy húmedo. La cerradura necesitaba arreglos. Y la cama del cuarto de camas pequeñas está pegada a la ventana que no tiene protección y queda muy peligroso para los niños.

El hotel está muy bien! Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy cómodas. Reservamos en el último momento y el proceso fue muy bien. Lo único malo es que no lo recomiendo para familias por la música, que retumban las paredes si estás en el primero piso. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron al 3o pero la música se sigue escuchando.
